Short circuit
Digital interactions —
As part of the experimentation laboratory, the short-circuit project allowed me to create an interactive installation.
Processing software is used to illustrate the definition of short circuit. The goal is, by the contact of two "conductors", here man and machine, to create an unexpected phenomenon. There is a kind of link between these two conductors because the action of one induces the other. The spectator, by the sound that he releases, or that he provokes, will make the lines of the graphic oscillate.
The interest of this project is to place the man in front of the object that he is used to controlling and to surprise him. Depending on the frequencies, decibels or even the type of sound, the movement will be different. We place the spectator in a framework of play and wonder, we short-circuit his a priori in the face of electronics and what he can produce.
