The creative visual generator —
Créatricks is a website that generates creative orders / actions without rendering expectations for designers / artists / curious looking to get out of their creative habits.
After several questions directing the conditions of experimentation such as the type of material (tangible, digital or conceptual) with which to experiment, the time at your disposal or the material available, the website directs you to different ways of producing visual signs, sometimes surprising, sometimes ingenious.
This site is based on the principle of knowledge sharing, showing how, by giving tips and low-tech ways of doing things, we can have fun changing the classic creative manipulations. A participatory zone is available to share your project, your own tips or develop the generator with new commands.
The generator works in 3 stages:
first of all, it allows you to quickly experiment directly with your basic material / concept by recovering its imprint or by experimenting with the controls of your digital software,
then, it will give you other actions to recover this new creation by scanning, vectorization or even tracing,
finally, he will explain to you how to print or use this material with screen printing, laser engraving or to make a graphic charter.
This project emerged with experimentation around the rope, through a personal creative process of creating form. The interest was immediately focused on the sharing of habits and knowledge of certain practices in order to link the creation process to the field of open source.
